- You will be required to pay the current cost
of the prescription PLUS a one-time registration/prescribing fee of
$30 PLUS a shipping & processing fee. Your payment qualifies you as a
lifetime member (established client).
- If you did not set up an account when you
began the order process, an account will be set up on your behalf.
This is important because it will allow you to purchase future prescriptions
at the established client (discounted) rate. Your login name and
password will be emailed to you.

- Your total will be the current cost of the
prescription PLUS a $5 prescribing fee PLUS shipping & processing.
- To access the discounted rate you will need to
login to your account using the login name and password that was emailed to
you. You can always retrieve your login information by using the
"send login" form online, email us at Services@RxPalace.com,
or call us at 941-906-8077. The fastest method for password retrieval
is to use the online form, second fastest is to email us.

OTHER Frequently Asked Questions:
- Can I just refill my last prescription?
No. We require you to fill out the online medical forms every time you
place an order. By using the login feature, most of the information
will be automatically populated into the form so you'll only need to enter
information in the blank spaces.
- Can I call you if my computer is not
working to order my medicine? Yes, but, we are not always able to
answer phone calls. If you need to do this, we recommend calling
between 1pm & 3pm EST M-F which are typically our lowest call volume
hours.
- Can I order more than one quantity at a
time? Yes. Note that the
$5 fee applies to each unit ordered, but it is a good way to save on
shipping.
